You bring us wonderful things, full of learning, adventure, light and LOVE.
I am happy 2009 is already over, health crisis, economic crisis, love crisis, wich it doesn’t mean everything was bad, It means that we had a lot of opportunities to improve our lives for the better.
When we began to hear rumors and see pictures on television and newspapers about the year to come would be difficult financially for everyone.
Immediately we moved that pictures to our country, our city, our home, our life and at the end of the day we're full of fears.
What shall I do? and what if I lost my job? and what if the world run out of money? What if ... ?
The possibilities are endless, always are.
But it seems that we do not realize that what really makes the difference is our ATTITUDE to the facts.
Easy to say not so to do it. Because attitude is not equal to "just do it with enthusiasm" is ultimately much more complex.
Think, "Attitude" etymologically comes from "Act", and if you look good what the word means, How do you act? You act with your whole body, with everything you have.
I propose an exercise: "See yourself in an attitude of boredom, with a long face, shoulders hunched, staring. Now visualize yourself in a seductive attitude, a sensual posture, captivating, playful, and dangerous, who knows, let your imagination free"
How are you? What happened? How was your body? How did you feel?
Ultimately, the attitude will act with all we have, more yet all we are.
But I insist, is not so simple, realize that our attitude to things many times is determined by our belief system (topic for another entry in our Blog).
So lets go back to our subject, what I have learned to think of a Crisis? What frightens me? Who told me that crisis is bad? What Attitude I will live this year with?
Stand in front of the year starting and dive into the adventure!
We have always faced difficult situations my friend, and always will, and all that has happened is that we've grown, we've become stronger, we have done better.
So this year 2010 that is begining, it’s wonderful, with new challenges, new projects, with new friends, new loves.
So I say:
